1.How do I place an order?
Browse through the categories and click on the category you prefer. Then refine your search according to the type of product. You can type the product or brand in our search facility and we will find for you the item related to your search.
2.How do I log into your website?
You have to first register, and then you click on the ‘login’ at the top of the site, enter your email address, your password and submit.
3.What if I forget my password?
Don’t worry. Just click on ‘forgotten password’ enter your email address and your password will be sent to your email address.
4.Can I cancel or change my order?
As much as we would like to facilitate you, no. An order once placed cannot be changed or cancelled, so please place the order only after making sure you're ordering the item you want.
5.What happens if there is no stock of the product I selected?
We will either arrange for a substitute or refund your money. However, if you really want an item that is out of stock, please consider contacting us at firstname.lastname@example.org to place your request. We will try to do our best. Wholesale and bigger orders would be given priority in cases of such requests.

7.What is a Gift Card?
It is a pre-paid voucher through which you pay for a purchase another person would be making at a later point. A Gift Card can be your way of saying Happy Birthday, Merry Christmas or just plain Congrats! Once you purchase a Gift Card, the recipient will get a themed email on your behalf from Envetex.com.au informing them of the Gift Card of the purchased denomination.

Yes, Envetex offers different price options of gift cards for you to choose. Please have a look in the gift cards section.

Yes. The product should reported first within 7 days, as described earlier, and be returned to us unused, unwashed, undamaged and with all packaging, tags and labels in place.

17.How long does it take to deliver a product?
Normally it takes around 7-10 working days but the exact time depends on the destination for delivery and the day and time of the order. We are not responsible for any delay made by service providing company.

Certainly! Our site can be accessed worldwide.
